A Tie That Means Something

I wanted to share with you guys these ties from Statesman Ties! These unique ties represent the flags from more than 90 different countries from around the world as well as the individual states in the United States.
When I came home from my mission I wanted to make sure I never forgot about the wonderful people I met in Peru or all the amazing experiences I had. I obviously don't wear ties but I think this is such a clever idea to have a reminder of those experiences and the countries and states we served in. We all need a reminder of the love for the people we served and the changes we saw in them and in ourselves. Rob, the founder and owner of Statesman Ties shared this "We use the tagline “A Tie That Means Something,” because our custom neckties are more than just a fashion statement. It is a statement of pride and a unique way for people to be reminded of a country or area they’ve served in as an LDS Missionary, or just a country that they are fond of and like to visit." I also love how subtle it is. All ties are stripped with the flag colors and most have a small symbol from the flag.
They would make the perfect missionary gift whether leaving for a mission or returning. They would even make for a great christmas gift for someone you know that has returned from a mission. I chose this tie to give as a gift for christmas to my Brother-in-Law that served in Guatamala.
Ties come in option of normal width or skinny. (** The pictures I have featured are normal width)
They also have the option of writing a small message on the back! You could have the years someone served or their favorite scripture from the mission. Ties are made from 100% woven silk and are great quality! Check out their website and see what the tie from your mission looks like or of a friend! https://statesmanties.com/
