On my mission I made a goal to be better at keeping a journal and recording important events in my life. Not just for me but for future generations. I learned alot about my family history and wanted to make sure my stories and experiences were preserved for my descendants. 

I have always been very good at documenting my life through pictures and would just tell myself that my Facebook photo albums told my whole life. But after going a year and half without it I realized there was a better way to record my life. On my mission my sister Chelsea would email me her blog posts every week. I loved how she was able to share her life events and keep them preserved like a family journal. So since being home from the mission I decided I wanted to start a personal blog. I wanted to record better the experiences in my life and move away from Facebook. Although this may just be a bunch of pictures again. I hope I can record those precious moments in words as well.
